As a strategic innovation consultancy committed to the highest ethical standards, Fruitful Bough upholds a zero tolerance policy towards slavery, unlawful child labour and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. The following is a statement of the steps Fruitful Bough has taken in support of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

About Fruitful Bough

Fruitful Bough is a UK-based strategic innovation consultancy founded by Kwasi Boakye Acheampong. We work with organisations across fintech, healthcare, enterprise, and the public sector to help them navigate digital transformation, develop AI-enabled products, and unlock sustained growth. We advise leaders on their most critical issues and opportunities — spanning strategy, digital transformation, AI strategy, operating model design, data platforms, and market entry. We operate with a commitment to integrity, trust, and value in everything we do.

Our Commitment

As a strategic innovation consultancy, Fruitful Bough upholds the highest moral, ethical and legal standards in all that we do. This includes ensuring that slavery, unlawful child labour and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or in our supply chains. We are guided by our core values of integrity, trust and value — our unwavering commitment to always do the right thing for our clients, our partners and our communities. These values define our internal culture and are reflected in our professional standards and code of conduct, which reinforce our pledge to act with integrity and govern our conduct and behaviour at all times.

Risk Assessment

Fruitful Bough is a professional services provider; the success of our business depends on a highly skilled and educated workforce. The nature of the services we provide and the policies and procedures we operate mean that we consider ourselves to be at low risk of slavery, unlawful child labour or human trafficking existing within our own business. In relation to our supply chains, we make little use of services demanding unskilled labour. The products and services we do consume are sourced from reputable suppliers. We will continue to remain vigilant to ensure that our zero tolerance policy towards slavery, unlawful child labour and human trafficking is upheld across all supplier relationships.

Policies and Due Diligence

Fruitful Bough has adopted a zero tolerance policy towards modern slavery in all its forms. We are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in our supply chains. We review our vendor and contractor relationships periodically to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Where we engage third-party suppliers or service providers, we require that they operate in accordance with the ethical and legal standards we uphold. Any worker engaged through or on behalf of Fruitful Bough has the right to work freely, to leave employment at any time, and to receive fair remuneration. We do not engage in or tolerate forced, compulsory or bonded labour.

Training and Awareness

Fruitful Bough is committed to ensuring that all individuals associated with our business are aware of the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking. We take seriously our responsibility to raise awareness of these issues and to act swiftly in the event that any concerns are raised. Any concerns about modern slavery in connection with Fruitful Bough's business or supply chains should be reported to us directly.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Fruitful Bough's Modern Slavery Statement for the financial year ending April 2026.
